The Hong Kong warehouse located in Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong. We will deliver by SF Express to your selected SF Store, SF Locker or or designated address.It is the fast and simply yet economic friendly.

SF Store Self-Pickup :  If the order was successfully placed on or before 10 am, you can pick it up in the afternoon, and if you send out in the afternoon, you can pick it up in the next working day before 12:00 pm.

SF Locker Self-Pickup : It takes 1-2 working days. Some busy SF Lockers might take longer time, the parcel delivery automatically be postponed.

Delivery to the address:  It takes 1-2 working days. If there are public holidays/Typhoons, the parcel delivery will automatically be postponed.

The Japan Warehouse is located in Tokyo. We will deliver by Japan Express to the warehouse in Hong Kong, then send through SF Express to your selected

SF Store, SF Locker or or designated address.

Shipping time from Japan to Hong Kong takes 5-7 working days. Seasonal flight, weather, customs inspection events and other disruptions may occur and cause delays for inbound and outbound shipments.

The China warehouse is located in Dongguan. We use “Group N Ship” for delivery. Customer should pick it up at “Group N Ship” pick-up shop.
